Narrative analysis
It is a fundamental discipline to build outstanding and effective communication, a discipline of enormous demand and specialization. We approach multimedia communication through syntax (formal sentence structures), semantics (meaning and reference structures), pragmatics (acts of speech), semiotics (study of the signs that allow communication between individuals, their modes of production, operation and reception), and the relationships of all these structures with the social, economic and cultural contexts of the reality of the brand (sender) and consumer (receiver). This is how we improve communication between the two and activate its bidirectionality.
