For its repositioning and new communication strategy a global spirits brand needed to glean a better understanding of the new social reality surrounding consumption of its low–alcohol variants. We took learnings from exploratory ethnos to identify current sociocultural consumption drivers as well as pinpoint the target’s aspirational references. The resulting insights meant that the brand could now optimize its product offer and convey a more relevant message to consumers.
