A technology company had a query on the importance of digital privacy and security for the Spaniards when using their smartphones. We collected intel from over 60 users, with different operating systems and smartphones, during a 10-day online community followed by ethnographic interviews. That allowed us to give our client very detailed information for their 360º strategy to create the right communication campaign about their features in the area.
